Ostrich Jerky - Some say ostrich is the ultimate red meat.  It is tender like filet mignon, lean and low in cholesterol.  That's why Ostrich makes great jerky.  If you are looking for something special, we recommend our premium ostrich jerky.

Our ostrich jerky comes in our original flavored marinade and packaged in 3 oz packages.  

All of our Beef, Chicken, Turkey, and Pork Jerky ship in 3.5 oz vacuum sealed packages. Addtitionally, they can be purchased in bulk. Each flavor comes in 1 lb increments, so you can mix and match or stick with one flavor. Our ThIn and Crispy Jerky Chips come in 3oz packages and our Wild Game Jerky comes in 3 oz packages.

After you open your jerky for the first time, be sure to store it in a paper bag and never plastic as it will affect the flavor.
